Hi,
Not much point installing Nvidia drivers as the laptop doesn't have an Nvidia GPU, so they won't do anything.
For drivers to work they need the associated hardware that they're designed for, to be there
The specifications (click on Product Features and see Graphics information) for the laptop show that is has an Intel GPU (not Nvidia) which is integrated with the Intel CPU on the motherboard.
