The short answer is no.
The CPU is hard mounted on the systemboard and not removable.
The best that you can do to increase performance is to upgrade the ram to a maximum of 12GB. There is 4GB of ram hard mounted on the motherboard and only 1 ram slot for more ram. You can insert an 8GB DDR 3200 (PC4-25600) 260 pin SODIMM ram module into the slot. Here's a video that shows how.
