How to solve this ridiculous problem?

I am using Banda G620 mouse. It's a 2.4G Optical Mouse. The problem is after using some times, like 2 or 3 days, the mouse sensor & LED light, which is under stays bright red. Normally it's flicker and when you use it, it gets red with every sense. First it starts freezing randomly, then after couple of minutes the sensor turns bright red and stays that way. Only way to solve this problem is shuffling the battery. However, it fixes the problem for like 5-10 minutes. I have to change the complete sets of AAA battery to use it normally again. But, I had to use 4 sets of battery in just 26 days.
