Is there a JC C2 device equivalent for android

I was super excited to see the JC C2 in action but have realised it's just for Apple devices, I have a customer's damaged Samsung phone that is bootlooping and was wondering if there was a similar device I could get?

no devices like jc for android unfortunately. what is it you would be trying to do with it if there was

It is bootlooping she had water damaged it and just wanted to get baby photos from the device for her. I saw the JCC2 could bypass this and make a stable connection to a computer.
