Why my PC is not turning on?

My desktop computer one day not turning on

CPU:Intel Pentium e5200

GPU:I don't know

Ram:Adata ddr2 800mhz 2gb ram

CMOS battery around 6 months ago changed

Not working before 1 month

Storage:HDD 500gb

PSU:450w

What basic troubleshooting steps have you taken? Have you reseated the RAM? Tested the power supply? Ensured the proper voltage setting is selected on the power supply if applicable? Do you have any tools to test with?
