mute button and ear speaker problems

hi. after dropping my iPhone onto the ground a few months ago (d'oh!) , i started having a lot of trouble. first of all my display broke and i had to replace. i thought at first that it was all, but after buying a new one and replacing it, my phone wouldnt turn on, i did everything and nothing worked. so i put it to charge and waited some hours... and then it worked again. but then i noticed that the mute(silent) switch button wouldnt work, only thing i could do, was to increase and decrease sound volume... so i opened my phone again and tried to do anything to make it work, so i reassembled my phone again and it wouldnt turn on again... waited a few hours and nothing. this time i thought i had ripped a internal cable or something, but then i waited a day and it worked again. but my silent button is still not working, but the phone ear speaker isnt working aswell, the regular speaker under the phone works, but not the ear one. im not sure if the headphone jack got affected, cuz right now i cant turn on since i reassembled my phone again and now i probably got to wait to turn it on. so these are my questions

1. how to turn the phone on right after reassembling it?

2. how to fix the silent/mute switch button?

3. how to fix the ear speaker?
