Very troubled 4 problems. Read please!

1, The home button presses great but no response.

2, This unit was a “dead 3ds” because the black ribbon cable by the top right will not stay in place so, I had scotch taped it to stay

3, The nfc reader is unresponsive.

4, The hinge wobbles and won’t stay. (Not broken just wobbles when in right postion)
