Can It be setup?

Hi, I have a problem. When I set up my Apple Watch. I normally pair with the app. Then there is setup and loading. Andwhile the loding. The phone suddendly unpairs itself and starts disconnecting from the apple watch. I've tried force restarting several times. And even another phone. And I don't know what to do next.
