Hello, so i have a problem with my macbook pro 13. For some reason I cant turn on the wifi and in the wifi icon it show an exclamation mark. In the network preferences as well doesnt show any wifi interface. Does anybody knows how to fix this issues. Thanks in advance.

Hi Ahmad,
You can access Wireless Diagnostics by searching for it in the Spotlight search function or by doing the following:
1. Hold down your Option key and click the wireless icon (the Wi-Fi symbol) in the status menu at the top of your screen.
2. Select "Open Wireless Diagnostics..." from the dropdown menu.
3. Select "Monitor my Wi-Fi connection" from the pop-up window and click "Continue."

Hello, thanks for the help but for some reason i can't open wireless diagnostic. When i click on it, it appears briefly on the dock and then it disappear.

Try reset your wireless settings
1. click the apple icon -> system preferences -> Network -> select wifi connected and not connected -> click minus icon and apply
i tried doing that but it keeps saying
Preferences Error
There was an error in Network preferences
@albert13228 - this series uses a chip Vs a independent AirPort board. Sounds like the chip has failed. I would inspect the logic board for damage.

Hi, I have the same exact problem on my MacBook Pro 13” 2015. I’ve tried all software related solutions, and even tried disconnecting then reconnecting the wires on the network card inside to no avail. Have you found a solution? Cheers!
