I have 3 broken pins on the connector it attaches to LCD flex CABLE

In theory, it is possible to replace the broken connector on the flex cable. However, doing so requires soldering skills that are just a step above us ordinary home repair mechanics abilities, so unless you're a whiz with hot air desoldering and have microsoldering skills, I'd say just splurge the $14 USD and replace the cable. You can easily pick one up from many vendors; here's just one of the first ones I ran across on Amazon.

Since you've gotten this far, I'm going to assume you don't need any repair help, so I'll just wish you luck and say that I'm confident once you've got your replacement part you'll be back to putting your tablet to good use. Or bad - not for me to judge. :)

P.S., Wasn't really able to tell if the motherboard connector was going to give you any problems or not; the photo is too out of focus to get a good look at it, so if you wanted to take another and repost, we'll be glad to examine it and try to make sure there isn't anything wrong.
