I can't hear nothing when I call
Hello,
I have this problem, when I call I can't listen nothing, I have change the plastic support with the new flex but the problem is not solved

During a call can you select speaker as the output? If this works then the likely problem is the Earpiece Speaker is faulty.
EDIT - There are 2 audio devices - speaker at bottom (part of the dock assembly) of iPhone that will play apps sounds and the ear speaker that is used for calls when NOT on speaker (as per pic above)
The Speaker is part of the Front Panel Assy
This YouTube Video may also be worth a look if you want to try replacing just the speaker.
It could also be the cable assembly is not connecting to the speaker properly (corrosion on contacts) or is faulty.
NB Best I can determine, same speaker suits 3G and 3GS.

During the call I can select the bottom speaker and its works, if I plug the headphones I can hear everything normally, I have change all the front panel yet so this is new, I think the problem si the connector of the logic board where I put the ear speaker's flex! is it possible??
I guess it could be the connector, or the logic board. I assume you have tried to reseat it again. It is also possible the front panel you got is faulty.
My phone rings but when I answer it I can't hear anything but when I put it on speaker it works fine

Can you play music through your speakers? Can you hear anything with headphones plugged in? Do any apps put out sound?

Speakers are okay and i hear apps sound through the speaker but when i put iphone near my hear during call i can't hear nothing
