Why won't my Samsung A12 turn on?

Context: I was watching TikTok and suddenly my Samsung A12 just shut down, it had a black screen, tried force resetting which didn't work, a few minutes later the Samsung logo appeared with a green line below it, then the screen was light grey with small black lines, has anyone else experienced this problem? And if so can someone please help.
