Hello, my works phone was restored back to factory settings. When it was turned on to use it was on the hello screen but asked for a password. I put in the pass that was originally on but it failed then went to iPhone unavailable. I put it into recovery mode and onto itunes but it keeps going back to iPhone unavailable. Can someone pls help

When you connect it to iTunes in recovery mode, are you processing a restore? Recovery mode will time out eventually and then just boot the phone into normal mode. In iTunes it should allow you to select to restore the phone. Check and make sure it’s downloading the entire installer file and initiating the reset. There should be an icon in the upper right corner showing the status of the download.
