There's not a lot of repair information out there on your particular tablet, but from what I can see the touch screen and LCD can be replaced separately.
So in order to help figure out how much it's going to cost you, we'd need to know the extent of the damage; whether you can get away with just the digitizer or if you need both the LCD and the digitizer.
So the question is, how broken is it? Do you still have a good picture, but the glass over it is broken, or is the picture all messed up too?
Posting a photo of your screen and its damage would help.
