My mobile data isn't working properly
my mobile data hasn't been working the past few months i don't know what is happening even though i get wifi signal and it's working fine when i use my wifi but my mobile data just won't work i have tried changing the sim card,i have tried updating to the latest software,can someone please help me
Are you on a 5G network? If yes then you'll have to go into settings/connections/mobile network and select 5G then restart your phone.
