My Thinkpad's screen is reloading and canceling all opened documents after showing windows couldn't complete the requested changes. It's also showing application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002)

This error message is telling you that there is a problem with one (or more) system elements. Could be a missing or corrupt system file, invalid registry key, etc... It usually happens when a user deletes something that shouldn't be deleted, or if some software was installed and / or uninstalled, and left a problem.
There's tons of information on possible solutions, but each problem has it's own solution.
You should start by trying to identify exactly what is causing that error on your system, and then Google the error code.
