Use an appropriate thermometer an measure what the freezer temp actually is i.e. use a thermometer that can measure temps down to below freezing temperatures. It should measure 0°F (-18°C)

Also measure what the refrigerator compartment temp is. It should be approx. 36-39°F (3-5°C)

If the refrigerator temp is OK but the freezer temp is not check that the freezer door closes properly and also that the freezer door seals are OK. To test the door seals, place a sheet of paper between the door and the door jamb and with the door closed, try to pull it out. It will come out with a bit of an effort but it shouldn't fall out by itself. Do this at various places around the door, top, bottom and both sides. If it does fall out also check the door for correct alignment - hinges?

If the door seal (aka door gasket) is faulty search online for WPW10247885 (bisque), WPW10249913 (black), WPW10355585 (grey) to find suppliers of the part the suits you best.

If they are not at these temps check that the evaporator fan inside the freezer compartment, behind a panel at the back, is running. It will run as long as the compressor is running. It will stop when a door is opened and start again when the door is closed. Do not confuse this fan with the condenser fan which is outside the compartments near the compressor motor and can run whether the doors are open or not.

If you can't hear the evap fan running, remove the panel at the back inside the freezer compartment (access through the door at the front) and check if it is iced up at all.

If it is then you have an auto defrost problem.

If the fan is running OK and it is not iced up, but the temps are not OK you may have a temp sensor problem.
