Why can't my right earphone connect to my phone
The left earphone can connect but the right one can't. it still has startup sound, some batteries are full but no connection

Hi,
There is a possible chance the buds got desynchronised. In such a case, a reset should solve your problem. Put your buds back inside the case, open the lid and press and hold the button for 15 seconds until both the lights on top of the buds blink red.
After a successful reset, the buds should be ready to use.
