So, my xbox one s turns off after 5 seconds and i see that everyone is saying that the power supplies is the problem and i bought a new one and replaced it with the new one and still won't turn on. When i turn it on the fan spins a very little and turns off. What should i do?

So it is probably not PSU problem but i think one or more mosfets transistor in your xbox died. It is very common issue in this console. If you have hotair station it is very easy repair. You can google "xbox one s faulty mosfets" and you will find tons of tutrioals how to find bad mosfet. One of the easiest but not very safe is to open console and turn it for few times and check which one of them is very very hot. First of all, can you open your console?
