Samsung RF4287HARS - Both Freezer and Refrigerator not getting cold

Symptoms:
- Both Freezer and Fridge not cooling.
- The compressor is humming. It starts off a bit loudly when the unit is unplugged and plugged back in but within seconds goes to a slight humming noise.
- The compressor is warm but not hot
- The condenser fan is always running.
- Condenser coils were very very dirty. I have cleaned them now.
- Condenser coils are at room temperature/cold to touch. Not warming at all
- I have not checked the evaporator yet. No signs of frosting both in the freezer and fridge.

Unfortunately, refrigerator refrigeration systems don't seem to last longer than 20 years. 15 years may be a realistic expected life. All refrigeration systems are sealed for life, relying on established manufacturing methods, quality compressors and electronics. Unless the sealed system was punctured or a leak occurred releasing refrigerant, normal wear occurs to the compressor. Gauges and other methods are used by repair professionals to determine if repairs are worth the costs or just replacing the refrigerator.
