Value of resistor R3C27

Does anyone knows the value of this resistor (R3C27)? I don't have a microohmmeter, and on my multimeter it says it's less than 1 ohm.

My xbox one day didn't turn on, and I verified that there was a problem in the secondary of the PSU (it was simple, just bad capacitors). After fixing it the console worked, but after turning off it only turns on sometimes, and this resistor is the only visible problem.
