Why won't the WiFi services not showing but Bluetooth is working?

There are a few things that could be messing you up. The first is making sure the AirPort board is properly installed. Sometimes reseating the board can solve things. @danj Thanks for taking your time and responding,

I have a doubt if there a Airport board issue is there any possible that the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stop working. But in my case the Bluetooth is working perfectly fine but that's not goes for the wi-fi.

And could you suggest any third-party external wi-fi adapters dongles that can work with Macbook Pro.

@sschaitan10 - Did you try reseating the AirPort board? I would start there.

The Airport board is what converts the signal to a WiFi signal to connect to your WiFi Access Point (AP) Internet Router. As you state you can't see it listed or even in the menu then the adapter its self is likely the issue. They do go bad.

As far as getting an external USB dongle instead of replacing the AirPort board. I haven't seen any that work with macOS as of late. The market for them is almost nonexistent for Mac's. The other option is getting an Ethernet dongle to then connect to a WiFi extender but if you add up the costs its just cheaper getting the Airport board.
