Should boot without signal board?
Hi! iPhone 12 Pro should boot up normaly without the signal board??

yes, this is a direct result of the motherboard's design and Apple's security model. It will not be a fully integrated subsystem, it cannot be used as a fully functional telephone, it cannot even be activated but will be allowed to (diagnostically) boot.
