no sound for call in Bluetooth, speaker dead

this is not a config issue, i rebooted my phone and checked the bluetooth settings, everything is properly configured

note my phone speaker is dead and this issue appeared right after, so I wanted to use my bluetooth devices : headphone, or car, but every time i make a phone call or a Whatsapp call : there s no sound, although I have the BT logo appearing, volume up, and i have configured to allow media+phone on my BT devices.

Aside from that if i put a youtube video or spotify i get the sound

any idea ? i m about to trash it…
