Screws won't screw back in?
I took my xbox apart to clean it, and now I am trying to put the long torx screws back into the metal casing but they won't tighten. What happened and how do I fix it?

The basic issue seems to be that the screw threads are stripped. I am not familiar with this unit, but if the screws are screwing into plastic, then you may be able to insert some plastic shavings into the holes to take up the space and provide new threads. If the screws are screwing into metal, then you need to determine what you need to replace.
