My iRobot Roomba S9 Plus keeps getting stuck
My S9 keeps getting stuck on items that it used to have no problem with. Like an area rug or even going back up into the docking station. It is not elevating to go over these surfaces. It also is making more noise than it use to when vacuuming.
Can you confirm if the Roomba is elevating itself (or at least seems to be attempting to do so) when it reaches carpet?

@techmarcus It is not elevating when it reaches the carpet. If it is trying to elevate, I cannot tell that it is doing so.
