Screen is black but white backlighting blinks on and off
No sound, no picture just back lighting pulsing on and off. My sincere thank you for your help.

Not sure if the following will work for your model but it won’t hurt to try it as long as you’re careful.
Disconnect the power to the TV and then remove the back cover from the TV.
Disconnect the mainboard - power board cable at the power board end.
Reconnect the power to the TV.
The TV screen backlights should turn on and stay on.
If they don’t stay on then there is a problem with the power board or the LED backlights or both.
If they stay on, then measure the voltages on the power board connector where the mainboard cable was connected to before you disconnected it. The voltage values are printed on the power board usually close to the connector. If the voltage values are as specified then most likely there is a problem with the mainboard.
Be safety aware when testing for the voltages on the power board. Even though you’re testing for low DC voltages there is exposed lethal AC voltage close to where you are testing. Disconnect the power to the TV if not actually testing for voltages or observing what is happening
