Won't turn on and has something loose inside
It won't turn on ,charge or reset. Also if I tap the bottom of either side I can hear something loose inside… should I open up and look for loose parts?

YES. If you are comfortable doing this, and you’re sure it’s not powering on (vs this just being an image issue, where you just can’t see anything on the screen), for sure open it up. I have seen many cases where Taptic Engine engine screws work themselves loose and then wind up floating around in the phone. Loose screws on the internals + a phone that is under power is a combination with any number of results. The screw could have bridged some components and done sort of damage to the board or other components.
I don’t think there are many components in the iPhone 11 on the board which are exposed, but there certainly shouldn’t be anything rattling around. So it would be worth a look.
