Dual white / color strand, colors quit working but white still works
On my strand of lights that can be switched between white and colors (same bulbs), the colors are suddenly very very dim, almost look to be out, but when set to white, they’re very bright. What would cause just the color option to quit working? How do I troubleshoot this?
These are LED lights, correct? Are they powered by an outlet, USB, or batteries?

They are plugged into an outlet, led c-4’s. I have four sets chained together, only one set is doing this. They are about 3 years old.
