Can't turn tablet off, its frozen
Is ther a reset button to forse it to turn off? stuck on opening screen.

Hi @decarolis ,
Use a straightened out paperclip and insert it gently into the reset hole, #11 in the Prestige model
You will feel the reset switch operate as you push in the paper clip. Hold it operated for about 10 seconds and then remove the paperclip. The tablet should restart.
