惠普pavillion x360 13-u001nx开机进不了系统，诊断后是硬盘坏了

惠普pavillion x360 13-u001nx开机进不了系统，一直在please wait这里转，运行诊断程序后，说是硬盘坏了，拆了机器，把另一台笔记本的硬盘换上后，电源指示灯正常，但是屏幕黑屏，风扇不转的情况。之后，又把CMOS电池与主板分离，再开机，还是这个情况，由于手上没有HDMI线，不能连到其他屏幕测试。不知道下一步该进行什么步骤。

The HP pavillion x360 13-u001nx can’t boot into the system, and stucking in “please wait” forever. After running the diagnostic program, it says that the hard drive is broken. it’s getting even worse after replacing the hard drive of another laptop, the power indicator is normal, blackscreen and the fan does not work. I separated the CMOS battery from the motherboard . still the same. Because there is no HDMI cable, I can’t connect to other screens to test. I don't know what steps should be taken next. can anyone help? thxs
