Backlight Works but no Picture - E55u-D0

I bought this non-working Vizio E55u-D0 off Facebook in an attempt to repair it. When first powering it on, I noticed the backlight working but no image, unaware if sound works.

I bought all new boards prematurely, without checking with a multimeter beforehand. The power supply board + led driver board, T-Con, and main board are all replaced along with the LVDS cables. I have also taken apart and checked that all the backlight leds work, which they do.

I am still met with backlights only and when clicking the input button, notice the lighting change, indicating the TV is responsive and the only issue is having no picture.

My theory is a bad LCD panel or faulty replacement parts.
