Why stop button is not responding?

Hello all,

My printer, Canon G3400 has a 5B00 error. So i enter to service mode but problem starts here. After entering service mode(green light is steady), i should press stop button 5 times to reset ink counter but it is not responding. When i press stop button in service mode, the orange light is not working. Any help?
