1 Can I fix my keyboard?
I have a Microsoft Surface 2 and the left shift key broke after a bit of gaming and came off. I have bought 2 replacement keys, the first was for the wrong model and the second broke when trying to put it in. Are there any solutions that don’t include buying more keys just for them to break again?
Is it possible that the keys you purchased were defective or low quality? Assuming you tried to install them correctly and they just broke. I would reach out to the store/site that you purchased them from to see if they are willing to replace them at no cost. The worst they can say is no.
