suddenly stopped cooling. It had been giving the ff error code

Hello there I have a lg french door refrigerator and it had suddenly stopped cooling. It had been giving the ff error code so I replaced both freezer evaporate fans and still its not getting cold at all and giving me the 0ff error code. I have no idea what else it could be and was wondering if you had any idea what it could be. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

What is the model number of the refrigerator?

Where has it stopped cooling, the refrigerator compartment, the freezer compartment or both?

Can you hear if the compressor motor is running?
