iPhone fell on the asphalt, black screen and vertical lines

Hi, about a week ago the iPhone fell on the asphalt and when I took it back, it presented the black screen with vertical lines, initially not even the sounds worked. Then in the following days, the audio started to work again, it is emitted very well both if you unlock the phone and if you also open some music files, however the screen always remains with this black background and these vertical lines. Everything works, even the touch I used to unlock the iOS system (the unlock sound is heard in the video), the screen has no crack. It happened with another iPhone 4S, it fell to the ground on the floor, a crack also formed, but it never happened that the screen with black background and vertical lines appeared.
