Why has my tv screen gone orangey white

Hi does anyone know how to fix my 42 “ 3D finlux tv the screen has gone orange colour with lines when you press the volume up and down you can see the colour moving in the direction you press could it be the T con board? I’ve checked to see all connections are fully in
