I have lost a plate screw for my PS4 CUH1215A!
I have lost the plate screw(not sure if that’s what it’s called) to screw the battery cover to the motherboard. Can anyone help me identify the replacement??``

You could take it to a Fastenal store, and they could help you figure it out.
You can also look for a junk console for spare parts on ebay and shopgoodwill.com
My last ditch effort for finding screws that vanish: Turn the lights off at night. Shine a flashlight around to see if it reflects back from under furniture or some other hiding place.
Sorry this isn't the answer you were looking for. These are the things I do when my screws are damaged or missing.

I have the same problem I got the screw and the plastic piece the screws on the back that covers that screw but there's nothing for it to screw into thought about putting some E6000 on the back of the screw idk did anyone else figure out a solve for this

I'm not sure what it's called but I lost it also but found it when I shook it upside down
