Why does my controller constantly dis onect and reconnect

I have replace the WiFi board a few days ago, for 2 hours it was fine then it started the problem again, then last night my controller connected but acted as if it wasn't connected to my xbox and I have no idea whats going on or how to fix it with both controllers.
