DS Lite won't power on and I've tested alot

I have a ds lite that won't power on and I've tested alot of things. I have several ds batteries and all of them work fine, the battery compartment and charging port are really clean and have no dirt or corrosion, and I've tested the F1, F2, L2, and L4 fuses for continuity and all apear to be fine, but I’m still getting the flash of an orange light. I'm not sure what else I'm missing. Thanks for reading
