PS3 fail updating and can't open safe mode

I tried updating my PS3 but it fail at 60% and says error code 8002F1F9. Then I tried opening safe mode but it only goes back to updating again. I can’t remove hdd as the screw is too stripped and can’t open PS3 as I have no torx security screw.
