I've inserted my SD card into the Bluetooth speaker but it's not playi

Ok so I've inserted an SD card into my Bluetooth speaker but the speaker keeps saying, “Music, Line E.” countless times, over and over again, not playing songs from the card. What's wrong? All advice and help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
