My HP dv9000 stopped working after win 7 upgrade?

I just upgrade my HP dv 9000 to win 7 and after all of the updates completed to SP1 it started to reboot and then did not turn back on. I get one blue light that flashes that is located between the power light and the HDD light on the left side of the HP casing. What could be the problem? Please Help!
