Why is my power button not working?

Hi All,

My S21 had a fall recently and I can’t get the phone to power on without booting into download mode with a charger.

The power button itself looks and feels fine - clicks to the press as it should but just wont turn on / off / standby the phone when pressed.

The back cover was cracked so I took the opportunity to remove the screws and look for any loose cables. The power flex cable looked okay and was not loose. However, I’ve since bought and tried a replacement cable but still no avail - power button won’t work

Any suggestions on what I can try next.
