Why is my phone not charging and turning on?

After charging my phone using solar power now my phone won't charge when it is connected to power and it won't turn on. Tried force rebooting but still nothing. I don't think it has anything to do with the software, must be the hardware. Should I replace the charger port, motherboard, battery or all of them? Please need assistance.
