Leaking oil out of the front of the motor where it says ohv. What do I do to repair?

Get your gaskets checked. If it’s leaking from under the OHV part, that means that the cover has a hole, or the gasket has failed.
Clean your engine thoroughly, then run it to see if that is indeed the source of the leak, and get back to me with the answer.

I've exact same issue. B&S 140cc. It's more than leaking from OHV. AND ON 2 mowers!!! New gasket, no change. Valve covers are fine.
