Touch screen not responding to touch.
I replaced my battery. It worked but the touch screen won’t respond to touches anymore. What part controls the touch responses? Trying to figure out what I need to replace now. Thank you!

On an Apple Watch, the LCD and Digitizer are fused together. Make sure the LCD and Digitizer cables are firmly connected. It's also highly possible you may have torn the ribbon cable, in which case you need to replace the display(guide here). At this point, it might be worth getting a new Apple Watch.
