TV won’t finish setup

The TV runs the setup process and says wait a few moments why we prepare your Home Screen but then goes to a black screen. The screen saver and volume numbers work but it just has a black screen. I don’t know what to do next

Hi,

What is the model number of the TV?

How old is the TV?

If it is brand new then contact the manufacturer's customer service section about the problem as it should work straight out of the box. Do not attempt to open the TV as you may void the warranty by doing this.
