New Dell Battery sporadically recognized

I installed an ifixit battery into my Dell XPS 13 9360 and it worked perfectly for 1 week! Then randomly, my laptop light began flashing white and amber non-stop. I received an error saying the battery is not a Dell battery and so the computer will not charge it.

So I went into the BIOS set up settings and turned off adapter warnings and the problem stopped at first. But whenever I restart my computer or my computer goes to sleep and wakes up, the problem just restarts again! Sometimes it decides that it will not charge the battery either, but sometimes it will charge the battery just fine.

Has anyone found a permanent solution to this issue? It is not sustainable for me to enter bios set up every time I want to wake up my computer.

Confirmed the charger is 19.5V DC (it's the original charger purchased with the laptop from Dell).

Yes the charger says 19.5v. The charger is the original one that came with the computer and seems to work fine. The battery definitely works. It worked perfectly for 1 week. Even now, when I can get the computer to recognize the battery, the battery has great battery life. It seems to be a Dell recognition problem which then affects whether the computer will allow it to charge.
