Why is my phone refusing to turn on, while giving overheating sign

The phone doesnt open. When i charge it, it shows the overheating sign and doesnt even charge. Its absolutely horrible, how do i fix it?

I don't know the particulars of this phone, but I would say something is going on with your battery temp sensor. Sounds like it is giving a bad signal, saying the battery is overheated. It is trying to protect itself by not charging.
